Come on in and sit down! These are the recipes I have been making for my family for 40 years, typed up by my grandson so they do not get lost when I am gone (not for a while yet, I hope).

Recipes
Tater Tot Hotdish Serves 8
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green beans
1 bag tater tots
1 cup shredded cheese
Brown the beef and onion, spread in a 9x13 pan. Layer the soup, then the beans, then the cheese, then line up the tots in neat rows (this is important). Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Peanut Butter Fudge (No Fail) Serves 36 squares
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 jar marshmallow creme
Boil the sugar and milk for 3 minutes, stirring. Take off the heat, stir in the peanut butter and the marshmallow creme. Pour into a buttered pan. Hide it from your husband.
Seven-Layer Dip Serves a party
1 can refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
Sliced olives
Chopped green onions
Layer in a glass dish in that order so everyone can see the layers. Serve with chips. It will be gone in 9 minutes.
Kitchen Tips
Butter, not margarine.
Read the whole recipe first.
A pinch of salt makes sweet things sweeter.
Always make a little extra for the neighbors.
