About Yowza! Inc.
Yowza! began in 1994 as a list of favorite links kept by two graduate students who should have been writing their
dissertations. The list grew, the dissertations did not, and today Yowza! is used by millions of people every month.
Our offices are in a former mattress warehouse with a slide instead of stairs.
Contributors
The directory is maintained by a team of surfers who have, between them, visited every web page about hamsters.
Yowza! runs on the KoldFusion Application Server from Gibson Mainframe Co.
Openings at Yowza!
We are hiring surfers. Requirements: a love of the Web, a fast modem, an ability to describe any website in 25 words
or less, and a tolerance for beanbag chairs. Stock options available; we are told they will be worth a fortune.
