Commissioner's Notes
4/26/99: Rule change: no more drafting players who retired in 1994.
3/13/99: Draft night was a success. 4 pizzas, 2 arguments, 1 broken lamp.
2/20/99: Bye Week lost by 61 points. A league record. Congratulations?
11/5/98: Trade of the year: two backups and a kicker for a star running back. Collusion? The commish says no.
8/1/98: Gangsters win again. Somebody stop this man.
League Rules
Draft is in August at Dave's house.
Dues are $20. Due at the draft. Looking at you Gary.
Last place has to wear the Hat of Shame to the playoffs.
