I write short stories in the evenings after work. Some are funny, some are odd. All are short (I have a short attention span).

The Vending Machine
The vending machine on the third floor gave out free soda every Thursday at 4:15, and nobody knew why.
Accounting thought it was a glitch. Facilities thought it was a prank. Gladys in Payroll thought it was the ghost of Mr. Farnsworth, who had installed the machine in 1971 and died at 4:15 on a Thursday.
Nobody reported it. Some mysteries are better with a free root beer.
