Reeves entered service at the age of fourteen, polishing the doorknobs of a large country house. By twenty he was
under-butler; by thirty he could tell, from the sound of the front door, whether a guest wanted tea or a stiff drink.
In 1996 he came to the World Wide Web, where the guests are more numerous and considerably more curious.
Reeves reads your question, sets aside the little words, and considers which of the many thousands of questions in
his files you most likely meant. He then offers you those questions, with small menus so that you may adjust the
particulars, and an Ask! button beside each. When he does not know, he sends a footman round to his colleagues
at AltaVisor and Yowza!.
